Systemic
I design deep solutions by working from a three dimensional understanding of your context.
Bespoke
I derive interventions from sensitive and thorough needs assessment.
Creative
I work with agility to blend theory and practice imaginatively.
Innovative
I use storytelling techniques to capture the complexity of professional experience and organisational life.
Practical
I keep it simple, accessible and relevant and stay attuned to your priorities.
My psychology practice is derived from thirty years’ experience of helping individuals and organisations to withstand pressure, make sense of difficulty, distress and dysfunction, reduce toxicity, and create solutions that release energy and hope, increase effectiveness and understanding, and promote productivity, and health.
During this time, I have been energised, fascinated and inspired by the creative challenge of working closely with a wide range of people and organisations to design flexible, accessible, responsive and relevant psychological interventions.
I use storytelling techniques to make sense of the complexity of individual and organisational life and my work is grounded in narrative psychology and systems psychodynamic theory.
